We only offer refunds or replacements under limited conditions.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once your order is shipped and in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
If your package is lost in transit, you must contact USPS directly and file a claim.
We do not handle claims on your behalf for lost packages.
We highly recommend purchasing the Redo Protection Plan at checkout.
This plan offers extra coverage—if USPS loses your package, you can file a claim with Redo, and they will independently investigate and assist with resolution.
Shipping Schedule
We do not ship orders on weekends.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, with rare exceptions on Saturdays during high-demand periods.
Returns (Wrong or Defective Items Only)
We only accept returns if:

Your item is defective, and you can provide clear video evidence
